Harvey is founder and Managing Director of multi-award winning PM Property Lawyers, a tech based specialist property legal services company and a co-founder of osoi.global a legal process outsourcing operation. He’s a qualified solicitor, a licensed conveyancer, member of the Conveyancing Association Policy and Strategy Board. He is also a founder member of the Sheffield Legal Hackers and co-organiser of the Legal Technology North Conference.
